  “The host (Nicole) was fantastic. When we had a minor emergency, she was very helpful, as well as making us welcome throughout our stay. The information pack she provided was comprehensive, and she arranged our free Basel transport pass on arrival. The apartment is well equipped and in an excellent location. It is a 5 minute walk to the banks of the Rhine, 2 minutes from a well stocked supermarket and 10 minutes to the tram stop to get into the city centre. The Basel transport system is superb. Overall, a great stay. Thank you Nicole.”

  “Do not not use this hotel under any circumstances. I was told a few minutes before flying that I had to pat tourist tax before they'd give me an access code for my room. They said I had to go onto the link in their email but the link had been removed. I had to spend the night at the station!”

  “It is apartment situated just in front of tram station and near by to Rhine river. They give me free pass of local public transport which really helped me to travel across city. Owner is really nice and helpful. Provide me pantry to cook.”
