    “Convenient location, clean rooms, quiet! Comfy beds Super helpful and friendly staff (printing out lab/practical slides for me and getting me extra pillows/blankets upon request) Good quality breakfast. Nice to have access to a shared microwave. Brought back memories of dorm life!”

    “Very bright and open interior, like you’re in nature. Large but cozy living room layout. Kitchen has all the tools needed, also had BBQ machine. Clean. Cute sea decors. Only thing is didn’t have dish soap and the blanket is really thin. Really suitable for a family of 5 or more. A great comfortable memorable experience.”

Best sleep I've had away from home (where is that memory foam from???), easy transit links (Skytrain, buses along 41 and 49 that we used often), enough facilities for us to cook/cater ourselves (and easy enough to get to Save On down the road, or stop in at Timmies, or get Door Dash.....), delightful and easily available host, perfectly clean, and served us just fine. I even brought laundry soap and coins and easily did some laundry and dried it! Fantastic - would certainly stay again!”

    “We never saw breakfast as we could not wait to leave after the first nite. The sheets were filthy, the refrigerators were filled with spoiled food that no one had checked and there was no space available for our food. We asked the owner for help at 630 pm, he said he would come after work at 9 pm, but he never did. I finally called him at 945 pm and he sent the maid over with clean pillowcases. We had to get into the laundry, find clean sheets and change them all by ourselves. Clearly, no one had checked out this room, as it was filthy. I told the owner we were leaving in the morning (previously were booked for 4 nights) and he said okay, he would refund our money, but he has not refunded it all, only a small token and Booking.com has not followed through either. I am very upset with this whole situation. We paid $500 CAD ($367 US) and were only refunded $175 CAD ($128 US) for ONE NIIGHT ONLY and I've written many letters and sent many pictures of proof of the dirt, etc. I'm still fighting to get our money back, but Booking.com is ignoring us, however I will keep on trying.”
