“Keycard failed 4 times in 24 hours. First time, reception checked my ID and reprogrammed it. In the morning after getting coffee in the hotel, the card didnt work again. Went to reception and was told it wasn't my room and they refused to do anything. I immediately showed my ID and reservation. The reception repeatedly ignored it and repeated it isn't my room. After around 10 minutes, suddenly, the reception reprogrammed the key. I went to work, on a Sunday morning, not knowing if my stuff was going to be tossed out or not. Not sure if they had double booked or what. I used my break to go back to the hotel to find out. The receptionist who checked me in was there. I tried to confirm that the room was still mine. She said it wasn't. I asked whose room it was, and she said it was my colleagues who had booked it. I showed the reservation and said: yes he booked it: in my name. I gave you my ID and used my credit card for the damage deposit and showed you my reservation. You even had reprogrammed it for me the night before. She said it hadn't happened and it wasn't my room.
So I asked to get it in writing, her saying it isn't my room. I will go find a hotel that does have a room for me, but I wanted to be able to get my money back. They refused to provide anything, yelled at me to leave. She demanded I leave or shewould "lose control". She then ran to the office and the slammed the door leaving me there. So, I left the hotel and went to another. They charged my company anyways.”
“The sweetest reception staff, super friendly!
She gave me a kettle and let me move my room, when noisy neighbours moved in.
Great located, right next at the beach. It's a cute place.”
“The location was great, right on the boardwalk. Had dinner in the restaurant/bar and it was good. Breakfast wasn't included in our room which was fine as we were headed out somewhere else to eat. We appreciated our room being located near the elevator so it was quick and easy to take our pet outside to green space.”
“The location was beautiful. Loved being close to the restaurant across the street. The room was very nice, clean and even with neighbors, was very quiet.”
