“Room is comfortable and has lots of space. Good air-conditioned and very clean. Nice view from the balcony on the mountains. Great location in the center of the city. Good breakfast and friendly personnel. Parking is underground and has more than 20 places. Enjoyed the casino, however it was a bit outdated and lots of slot machines were not working properly.”
“The round buildings reminded us of the Trullis in Italy and they make the whole hotel unique and create a feel-good atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything is very child friendly - beds, garden, playground, pool. Bathroom and furniture are a little bit oudated, but everything was in good condition and very clean. Room was quiet. Great pool and good breakfast. We would definitely come again.”

“This place had really bad reviews and we don't understand why. The room was a standard motel room and everything was clean and functioning. Parking was fine and safe. When we arrived the lady gave us a cup of coffee and some breakfast scones and jam which was absolutely super and very much appreciated. Belen is not a big place and one can walk round the corner to the lively town square or across the road to the supermarket. Breakfast is very thin but then look at the price you are paying and stop somewhere on the way for another coffee and some medialunas with the money saved.”
