“We are couple, traveling full time. We value good service/excellent location/comfortable furniture and good wifi.
This hotel is as advertised. Our room was one long flight of spiral stairs up. (hosts had told us this and it was ok, as someone helped with luggage).
Bed was very comfortable, with a cushion top and extra pillows as requested.
Nice view of the sea from our window. Bathroom was spacious and had glass doors on shower, along with toiletries. Water pressure was good.
Wifi was excellent, strong speed with no drops.
Breakfast was average - a couple choices for protein and assorted pastries.
We were only there overnight so didn't use other amenities. There are beach umbrellas and a rocky beach right below the restaurant.”
“Really nice owner who tried to help us when dealing with some medical issues. The house and atmosphere there are super relaxed, very like home feeling. The kitchen was well equipped. And the view on one side to hills and on the other side to sea - amazing!”
“Perfectly located for Olympia but far enough away (c. 3km) to be quiet. Great views over the valley. Really nice swimming pool. Good food and super switched-on staff.”
“The owner of the place Damaino is truly a gem! We checked in very late because of an accident and he waited for us to check us in. Excellent service and very kind. The breakfast area is beautiful and the breakfast is good. The room is spacious and clean.”
“Kostas was a great host who was energetic and passionate about Olympia and Greece. Rooms were clean and comfy and everyrhing in the apt functioned well.”
“We are a couple, traveling full time. We value location/good wifi/good service/comfortable furniture.
We wanted to like this place, it has some charm and the host was friendly. However it mostly didnt make the grade.
I canceled our original reservation when I realized we were on an upper floor and knee injury would make this hard for us to access. We moved to a 'family suite' on ground floor. This room was terrible. (see below).
What we liked:
Pool was swimmable - was large, but cold. There were 4 wooden loungers, but only one plastic, flimsy chair.
The garden area was very lovely.
Host was friendly. The dog on site was friendly.
for the size of the refrigerator, it had a very good size freezer (able to hold an entire bag of ice).
Breakfast was ok - options for proteins, and pastries. Breakfast was acceptable, but of the two tables outside, only one didn’t look directly into the sun…not helpful. Inside there were many tables, and it was close to the food.”
“Lovely host, who couldn’t do enough for you. Very large and clean room and bathroom. Very convenient location for archaeological site and the village. If you are planning on staying in Olympia, this is the place to book😁”
“Perfect little place for the night close to the port with a beautiful roof top and the most kind host he also recommended the perfect restaurant thanks for hosting us 😀”
“Spotless location. We stayed at a discounted room, which is not so fancy, but you're right in the middle of Nafpaktos; staying in is not needed. So we got great value for money for the few nights we needed a bed. Clean space.”
