    “The service received from the staff at the Four Seasons Guangzhou was impeccable. I cannot fault them at all. They were so so helpful before arriving to the hotel, whilst we stayed there and even after our departure. Nothing was too hard and they were so helpful in assisting us with getting to and from Canton Fair (the primary purpose for our visit). The room was spacious for two and a comfortable desk and lounge and wardrobe. The bathroom was also very modern and spacious.”

    “The room decor and styling was classic 'Ritz-Carlton' style. It was a beautiful room that was spacious with enough furniture (lounge, dining table) to work as well. The wardrobe was a small walk in and perfect for what I required. The bathroom was very spacious with double sink, bath, shower & separate toilet room with a toto toilet. The staff were attentive and helpful and the location is a perfect spot and across from a park. I'd definitely recommend. The buffet breakfast was extensive with many options to suit all tastes and was comfortable size in a beautiful room.”

    “Good: Location, Breakfast, Laundry room (positive surprise), Minibar, Bed and pillow; Room setup (allows privacy when using the toilet); very kind and HELPFUL staff, although they struggled to speak english. The cocktail served from 19:30 to 22:00 was also good. The first one was free and delicious!”

    “Clean room and comfy bed. Good aircon but pillows too soft. Good location but our coach / DIDI cars cannot stop in front of the hotel; even when raining. They prepared freshly brewed tea in plastic bottles at the lobby for us to bring out every morning.”
