“All good and expected for this hotel chain. The music played in the breakfast dining room was very good - neither China Pop nor US revival - I heard Kaki King and the Cure! Not the monster lifeless tower block I was expecting. Good breakfast and dinner on the weekends.”

“An amazing hotel directly on the slopes. Ski hire, helmet and lift passes included in the hotel rate. Hotel rate also included breakfast and lunch, even though the meal plan was "no food". Recommend checking at the hotel to confirm meals. Hotel is modern and well equipped. Ski lift is within 100m from the ski locker room. Whilst weather was cold (-10C daytime), it was OK provided you dressed warm and had mask. Ski runs are great for beginners and intermediates, just not long. However, there we NO queues on the chair lift and gondolas, so straight back up the hill every time. Plenty of man-made snow on the slopes and a bonus when it also snowed overnight whilst we were there. Free bus to and from airport. Resort is only 20 minutes from the airport. We ate in the hotel, but there is also hotpot, Korean BBQ, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, McDonalds etc + small supermarkets. Primarily a Chinese resort. Friendly and able to communicate with reception staff in english + assistance via Google Translate. If you travel with Chinese speaking friends or family, then certainly no issues. Regency Club lounge served free food and drinks from 17:30 to 19:30, so no need for an evening meal, if your room includes lounge access.”
