  “Amazing property run by a young family. Lovely folks, very helpful, trying to go above and beyond in meeting your needs (e.g., drove us to a shop when we needed, always on WhatsApp for any requests). Territory is an amazing place in the woods and near the river, peaceful and quite, great for small walks and barbeques. Great small houses with all the facilities. Amazing food for breakfast and lunch / dinner too! The syrniki beat fancy cafes in Moscow and even my Mom's ;)”

  “Bungalows were really comfortable amid a beautiful setting. Breakfast was really good and great service at both breakfasts and dinner. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Use of BBQ's was a very nice touch.”
