All because we didn't have a credit card for the damage deposit. Really? I paid in full for the room and was given a confirmation number. I also phoned the manager just to confirm tthat the room was paid for to which she explained my reservation all looks good and that we shouldn't have any problems. My point is if my Visa/debit card wasn't good enough to pay the damage deposit then they should not have taken out any payment for the room.”
