“Very beautiful setting, lovely pool in an exotic, colourful garden with a stream flowing through. Very quiet location .
The photos of the Inn and the garden don't demonstrate how lovely it is.
Room and bathroom were tastefully decorated, not large but plenty of space. Good shower with lots of hot water. Very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was a tasty plate of fruit and yoghurt , fruit juice followed by bacon and scrambled egg with pancakes/ rice / potatoes and toast. All eaten overlooking the garden watching the birds fly by.
All rooms were on the first floor, accessible by stairs.
The road to the property is steep for approximately 10 m but it is a well maintained concrete road and not difficult to drive down.

“Although the hotel does not have a view of the volcano, it has a beautiful view of Lake Arenal and the surrounding nature. There are two swimming pools, the warmer of which is ideal for children.
I must commend the hotel staff who restored my faith in humanity. I forgot a few clothes in my closet during check out which I didn't discover until two days later. The staff hid the clothes and we came back for them a week later.”

big and comfortable bed, large and well functioning shower and very good and optimal use of space in the cabin.
We were greeted every morning by some birds on top of our cabin, and could see and hear all kinds of wildlife from the deck overlooking the lake. Special mention for the lovely cats running around the property and coming to greet us!
The hotel staff provided special vegan options for breakfast every morning, which were absolutely lovely and tasty, and which was well above our expectations. Also a big thank you for allowing us to check in at a very late time at night and staying up late especially to accomodate us, very much appreciated!
Driving distance from La Fortuna and many surrounding activities and touristic locations, the cabins are located outside of the touristic area in a beautiful and quiet place.”
