    “Anja was very responsive and helpful, even though we did not like the size of the tiny house, it was very inventive and there was a lot of thought put into the use of space.The outdoor space was very nice. Anja and the handyman were very friendly.”

    “The host was very friendly explaining everything upon arrival. Location is a short walk into town with multiple supermarkets available and other smaller shops. Coffee available in the communal kitchen is far better than normal instant you get in hotel rooms. The room (room 5) was spacious with an attractive vaulted ceiling windows that fully open with great ventilation, and large comfy beds, great for relaxing in after busy days exploring, by far the best bed on our week long trip at multiple hotels.”

    “We loved the owner, he was so kind and welcoming! And had such a creative/soul for all the details. Something we also loved was the location. Hills, fields with flowers, nature, a running river. It was soo beautiful. We even saw fireflies when we where walking from Valkenburg back to this place.”

    “Great communal facilities, comfortable big room with stylish design. We enjoyed being in a quiet area overlooking vineyard and hills. Staff was also very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed their sparkling wine tasting and also purchased some to enjoy home.”

    “On my bike pack trip, I booked very last minute at de Pletsmolen. The host called me to check arrival time to make sure they were able to welcome me. At arrival the super friendly host was there to share all details of the accommodation. As well where I could clean my bike, secured storage for the bike, where I could buy food etc etc. Next day a very nice breakfast to fuel for another day on the bike through beautiful South Limburg. In other words a great host and accommodation.”

    “Absolutely beautiful property! The yard is breathe taking. The host was amazing, lovely breakfast. We were traveling with our 3 year old daughter and this spot is perfect for anyone traveling with children. The suite was private, cozy, and had all the necessities for a great stay. Grocery store and restaurants near by, just be mindful of the early closing times. The village of Montfort is quaint and quiet, a nice change from the city.”

    “Incredible value for money and exceeded our expectations. Although the bathroom facilities are shared they are extremely clean and well equipped. This was the perfect stop not far from the EuroVelo 4 route and ideal for cycle touring. Pieter was really friendly and also helped us to wash our kit in their laundry room which is a big plus when travelling by bike. We could also store our bikes safely in their shed. Would definitely stay again and recommend Gasthuys de Peel for other cyclists.”
