    “Nice room, no AC though.”

“The room itself was wild; two stories plus a loft (one room on each floor) in the family room with terrace. We used the top two rooms. The beds were comfortable enough. We enjoyed the balcony (view to the backyard with the ocean off to the side) and the shared terrace on the upper level of the hostel. The shared kitchen is a plus and it was nice to have room for a few small items in the fridge. Short walk to the pier and the Malecon. About 15 minutes walking to the town center and fewer than 10 to the bus stop.”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Any problems or needs we had were met and exceeded our expectations of service. We had a choice of a continental or Manabi-traditional breakfast, and we all enjoyed the traditional option. They even included juice upon our request. Neighbor was safe enough to walk at night and we were able to eat a traditional "merrienda" (dinner) in a local outdoor tent, which was recommended to us at the hotel. Air conditioning was a pleasant relief. Hotel was quiet and perfect for getting a good night sleep before our business and tiring day of travel the next day. Parking was off the street and out of view and very convenient and safe. We received a call upon our departure that I had left my purse hanging over the back of one of the chairs at breakfast. We asked if they could hold on to it for 30+ hours until we returned to Manta for our flight back to Quito. They were glad to do that for us and had it ready as soon as we pulled in the next night on our way to the airport. A convenient place to stay if looking for something close to airport for a good night sleep and personalized service.”
