We had an outstanding time with Fazil, who is also working in the hotel. He organized us a private tour around mannar. He was our tourgide and brougt us to talaimannar with a bus, showed us some wonderful beaches and drove us werever we wanted to go.
It is also to mention, that we got an free upgrate of our rooms, which were very comfortable btw. As we wanted to extend our stay for another night at the last minute, it was no problem at all for the hotel, so they are very flexible as well.
