    “Very friendly welcome. Thoughtful to have turned on the heatpump in anticipation of our arrival. Very easy to find, great location with easy access. Lovely sized unit (main room had 2 single beds, separate room had a Queen sized bed). Kitchen was well stocked with pots/plates/utensils etc. Good water pressure in the shower. Comfortable and clean bedding. Will definitely stay again!”

    “Location was excellent for Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves visit! We could walk to a lovely (and very yummy) coffee shop each morning and a fun brew pub at night. There were other restaurants on the street, but one was having a private party and another was fully booked. If you’re looking for super luxury travel vibe, it’s very hard to find in this area, my friend who is a pretty posh gal was a bit worried. However the Broadway Motel was IMMACULATELY clean, spacious, and very welcoming. We both were very please and highly recommend it!”
