“So much better than expected. The room was the largest I've had in any hotel, it had a fridge, microwave, utensils, all of which I wasn't expecting. The hotel was fully renovated and modern. The bed was a real Full size, not two twins mushed together. The shower had a nice stool so it was half a bath half a shower, just overall the room was exceptional. It truly felt like home and I didn't want to leave. The location is perfect, it's tucked away in a quiet side residential street, but you can just go to the main street less than 2 minutes away and walk just 1km to the city center. There is a grocery store across the street. The hotel itself is rather quiet, felt very homey. But what impressed me so much is that every day, housekeeping replenished the free tea and coffee. Even when the previous day packets were there unopened. THAT made me soooo happy because what if I felt like having 2 cups of tea in one day and only had one packet? That was the extra mile, the generosity that made an impact on me cause other hotels in Russia do NOT replenish the tea or coffee, some don't even provide any! Housekeeping was also just spotless with cleaning, every day the room and bathroom looked brand new. I will definitely revisit Omsk and seek out this hotel again, absolutely flawless stay. Thank you guys so much!”
