“We were deeply impressed by the fantastic staff of the hotel with very clear instructions about everything - excursions, walks all over the park - very friendly, kind and welcoming receptionists gave us a direct plan of our walks - thus my wife and I had a fantastic stroll all over the territory of the park surrounding the palace. We should add that the Federal Guard Service guys at the security gate house were also polite and friendly.
The hotel would amuse even the most fastidious foreign guests, - astounding interior, high quality furniture with solid wood facades in an excellent condition, exceptionally comfortably bed, the most spacious bathroom we've seen, and outstanding room service. What we especially liked was the attention to every detail, - there was everything we needed in our room, including shaving kit, beer opener, excellent still and sparkling water and bathrobes. We visited Балтийский берег when it was -18 outside, yet it was so warm in the room that we left the window crack open - we had a room outlooking the park and the palace - it was perfectly quiet all day and night long. We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff, we shall definitely visit this hotel again!”
