“It's a good place for a getaway with friends. The cottage is located on a fenced property that seems like the former site of an ex-soviet era recreational facility. The cottage is modern, and a few other cottages are being built up nearby. Windows can be widely opened for the fresh air. The construction work continued while we were onsite but the workers were so nice that they kept it quiet and we experienced absolutely no disturbance because of it. The road to the facility requires either a high clearance vehicle or a skilled driver or both :)”
