“Beautiful accommodation at the centre of ancient city of Pingyao in the bustling South Street. The owner and staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. They picked us up from the station and brought us to Ancient City (cars are not allowed inside) and also brought us on the day of departure, both for very reasonable fees, because we were with 5, too many for a taxi.
The hotel and rooms were in a traditional style, allowing for great pictures.The beds and cushions were very comfortable for us. The bathroom and toilet are combined in a small room, but it wasn't bothersome.The owner knows the nearby shops and good spots to go to, definitely ask for tips.
We enjoyed our 2 nights and 3 days in Pingyao a lot, definitely recommended.”

“The Guesthouse is managed by husband and wife. They are both nice and helpful. They let me use the kitchen to prepare a fresh soup for my little baby and I apreciated it. The location is perfect to visit the city. You can walk 5 minutes to get to a close furnished supermarket and a 7up shop, also many restaurants around and temples to visit (you can buy a unique tiket to visit the 21 temples of Pingyao Ancient City). They speak quite good english (expecially the wife) so there is a good communication. Finally, there is a good quality/price service.”
