“I had a great stay for 2 nights at the Resort and would have loved to stay a bit longer. My room had a great view to the lake. The area of the hotel is beautiful and I could see a lot of different birds and also a hippo mum with her small baby. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers good meals and there is a good spa. I also loved the area outside below the big tree for having a snack and a drink.”

“Great place, fantastic staff. We were really made to feel welcome and the front office team went out of their way to help with some film crew meal time requests. Meals were great and there was always a large selection of both traditional and international cuisine available.”
“This hotel is a nice boutique hotel with a great restaurant. The staff is super accommodating, and they became like family to me. Hermias, the restaurant manager is funny. However, the one person that I would specifically come back for, would be the Operations Manager named Samrawit. From the moment I called about airport transfer while I was still in Addis, to the moment I arrived at the hotel, she literally assisted me every step of the way. I can't even describe how grateful I am for her kindness. I hate to say it, but without her being there, I don't know how the hotel would operate. She does everything, and with a smile on her face. Whatever they are paying her, I already know it's not enough. I highly recommend this hotel, and make sure you get in contact with Samrawit. She's the best!”
