    “Everything we could need for a fantastic family holiday. All the kitchen equipment, washer, dryer, beach stuff, toys, towels, TV, bbq. Really clean, massive comfy bed in main bedroom. Lots of well maintained outside space. Great location within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, beaches.”

    “What a truly fabulous place! A very special, authentic and luxurious experience whilst being excellent value for money. A short drive to lovely towns and beaches. The grounds are so lovingly kept with beautiful plants absolutely everywhere. Small areas of privacy are created with tables and chairs, and loungers around the pool and on the lawns for relaxing. The pool itself is a great size and was never busy (also so clean without the harsh chemicals). Other guests were so friendly, we felt very welcome by everyone, even with a small child. The breakfast was absolutely delicious; a huge range of sweet and savoury food with slightly different offerings each morning - the local fruits like the dried figs and fresh oranges were so tasty. Our room was so comfortable, huge bed with lovely linen and a smaller one for our son. Spotlessly clean, including bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a small fridge. Really nicely designed wooden ceiling fan that can be remote controlled was a very helpful addition to the room, but the windows open (and covered with the pest nets) was just right at this time of year - how fabulous to hear the dawn chorus in the mornings. Joana was so friendly and provided absolutely brilliant directions and check in instructions via WhatsApp - it made our (very late) arrival so simple. There were some beach/pool toys, parasols, books and citronella candles left in the information room for guests to borrow which is a really thoughtful and helpful set up and avoids unnecessary waste of buying these things on holiday but without being able to take them home. Our son loved the little dogs who would come past at breakfast (but these were in no way intrusive or unwelcome) plus the goats and horses, as well as the trampoline and play area.”

    “I’ve stayed here before, so for me the location was ideal for us, 20 mins walk to the beach, 10 to the bigger supermarket, spar shop 3 mins and although expensive it’s ideal for large bottles of water and not having to carry them far, the laundry shed on site is a bonus for washing clothes, just make sure you have powder yourself.”

    “We loved everything about our stay. The apartment was stylish, roomy and very well appointed, perfect for a family of four plus the grandparents. With a central lounge we all had sufficient privacy- 2 bedrooms and a bathroom one side, the master en-suite the other. Location was stunning complete with large terrace to enjoy the view.”

    “Great location, secluded and yet only 4 minutes from the centre of Valldemossa. Super pool and sun loungers perfect for relaxing between visits across the island. Spotlessly clean rooms, with a fridge if you need it and large comfortable beds. Waking up to the birds and a few goat bells clinking was an absolute delight and a sure fire way to destress. As it’s an Agroturismo it’s meant to be basic and rustic but Ca’s Garriguer was designed and renovated with love and a chic style befitting the super expensive 5 star hotels in locality. They do provide a breakfast and this was a choice of buffet and a choice of cooked to order eggs, with healthy options such as beetroot humus, avocado and a poached egg on a whole meal toast. If you are looking for a conveniently located base for exploring the North West coast and mountains this is perfect as it’s only 25 minutes by car into the centre of Palma for shopping, sights and a plethora of restaurants. Evening meals you need to venture out and there are plenty of options in Valldemossa. The restaurant of the year is Es Roquissar. Simply outstanding with a wide range of home made stand out dishes. The stand out of this Ca’s Garriguer is it run by the owner who is the most charming and delightful host. I will go again. Clive Jackson”
