    “Great little spot down a quiet street. Cheap motorbike hire and staff were very friendly and approachable. It was perfect for our time in Siargao. It is a little bit away from the main street (20 mins) but not too bad.”

    “Sunlit hostel staff went well and beyond to make my first solo trip experience feel like home. I was only meant to stay here for 5 days and ended up staying for nearly a month!! From cooking dinners together, playing pool, trivia nights and giving us the best recommendations around town, Sunlit made it hard to leave Siargao. In particular, Via was extremely kind and would drop everything to make life easier for me around the hostel- she remembered my name from day one !! Also, Beth would make you feel so welcomed and comfortable by inviting you to all the social events. Beth also took me to local markets and made my experience phenomenal. This place will be missed 🤍”

    “Absolutely loved it, staff was so friendly. Hurt my ankle so asked the reception girl for a lower bed and they did so much effort because it wasn’t possible at first. Really cute. Also you have a closet in your cabin with hangers. Food is also really good and everyone is just so nice”

    “The hostel was simply gorgeous, really tropical and in the middle of the jungle, but not far from the main hustle and bustle in GL. Loved working and chilling there, they also served great coffee fruit bowls. The animals were fun to have around and the pool fantastic for a nice dip in the evening. The beds at the dorm were comfy and great private space with lots of room, plus a locker. WiFi was good.”
