Staff were amazing, very friendly & helpful, gave us great advice about local eating places and helped organise a couple of trips out during our stay. “The small hotel has lovely staff who will go out of their way to ensure they can make your stay as pleasant as possible. There is a pretty walled garden with a koi pond as the centrepiece with a small fountain and frogs providing a soothing sound. The location is a little out of the town centre but only a short bike ride to restaurants and a beautiful pagoda along the river.”
“Located near Hue Imperial with the river view. The homestay is filled with sunshine every morning and stays peaceful throughout the day. The facilities is fairly new and in a good condition. The environment is also very clean. The staff is super responsive and very helpful.
Be noted that the street is quite narrow for cars to get in so you will need to walk 100 meters to get to the homestay. For motorbikes it is more than enough.
In addition, please check with the owner for the bathroom, it is different for each room. The room we stayed in has clear tempered glass with curtains (and it will not cover every glass) so it might not suitable for friends or family members.”
“We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Hue city. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and well kept, and contained everything we needed for our holiday. As we know, VIGRAZ has two apartments for rent in the building, I will recommend these apartments to my friend’s family who will visit Hue this July. The apartment I rented has a beautiful view of the whole Hue city. It is situated no more than 7-8 minutes walking to many restaurants, shops on the busy main street, super easy to catch a taxi. One more thing we want to mention is this building has free pool and gym area. Last but not least, we would like to thank Rimmie (main host) and staff of VIGRAZ for serving us with hospitable service and thoughtful attitude.”
“The gentle who runs it was very kind and understanding, I left my bag whilst sightseeing and said is be back at a certain time. I got a puncture and was a few hours late and he was totally cool about it. I even offer more dong to say sorry and he did not accept it. Very nice man.
