“Extremely kind, efficient, and caring staff. They got me my visa registration in under an hour, the fastest I've ever had it done in Russia. When the weather became suddenly cold, they made sure to check that I was dressed warm enough before walking out the front door. The room was exceptionally clean, with housekeeping being scrupulous to make the room as clean as it was when I initially checked in, replacing used cups with new ones, giving new toiletries. Not all hotels in Russia will do that every day, so I was impressed. The location is PERFECT. Very quiet neighborhood in the suburbs, but there is a bus stop RIGHT infront of the hotel, that takes you straight to downtown AND the train station. And even better, right across the street is a massive, absolutely massive Magnit grocery store that has everything your heart could desire. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and wouldn't hesitate to book again.”
