“The housing is old school. It's simple, shared showers and bathrooms, but it's all very clean. The breakfast is simple but very nice. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Location is just of the freeway, yet quiet.”
“Lovely comfy beds and a great bathroom. The cafe did a decent light breakfast for €10 all in. The bakery is lovely - great sandwiches for lunch. Good value for Switzerland. Very easy to get to. You take elevators up from the concourse opposite the trainstation and its just a 50m walk.”

I wasn’t aware that there was additional charge for sauna - my bad, I probably missed it in the description.
We loved the food - the portions were fair and with three course dinners we were hardly managing to eat if all. Sandra kindly offered a full story behind each dish (whether it was traditional Swiss, which region, if locally grown, home made)!
Sandra also mentioned the Tchapinna ski area which I recommend if you need to take it easy or have any beginners in your group (CHF36 ski pass which is great for Switzerland. Only ski lifts which is tiring after a while. Still a great day skiing just 10 min from Gasthause Alpina). 40km of piste but not as diverse and large as Flims Laax Falera where we preferred to spend most of our days (CHF90 per day).
