“Hosts Susanne and Heinz who make sure that everything is perfect for their guests, the attention to detail - from the warm welcome with information on the area, to the perfectly clean and comfortable and warm rooms, ensuring that breakfast is delicious and generous, and lots of little cute things in and around the property. They are the perfect Swiss hosts and ooze nothing but amazing hospitality. They are clearly passionate about what they do best and I hope to visit them again in future when I return to Switzerland! The view from the first floor balcony (the only one facing the front) is amazing, try getting this room!”
“Beutiful place, magnificient views, excellent guests , comfy beds, a hidden gem off the beaten track.
The place is located at Eischoll, a village in the middle of the mountains, next to the main train line from Geneva to Brig and Italy boarder. To reach the place you have to take a Gondola from Raron village and it will take you 900m above on an ascendt with incredible views, beware those with fear of heights, as many parts are breath taking.
Village is quiet small but pretty cozy, with many paths to discover the mountains. Being 1200m high, the views are mind blowing, you just need to open the windows to embrace the powerful image of the vast mountains in front of you.
Guests are amazing, they are supportive, helpful, kind, always with time to attend you and give you advice, they were incredible during our whole stay.
Breakfast is included, which is not very common around, you have a good variety to choose from.
The room was very comfortable, with a great isolation system, extra comfy beds, good space to move arond, clean and the best views you could dream, I remember arriving to the room, opening the curtains and just standing still for a while just impressed by the clear and magnificent view.”
