    “Nothing, the hotel refused me when I called on the phone, they told me not to come as they are a fool booked and my money was not refunded at all. Not bother to pick up the phone. Service is not reliable.”

    “The host was very kind and responsive, and speaks English. The place is an actual apartment, and the bedroom and kitchen are separate rooms which is nice. There was a TV with a sofa, and a HDMI lead which we could use with our laptop. The place is outside of the city centre, but with a car it is only a short drive.”
