“The host Alex was very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in (I was upgraded) was SO clean and fresh. Comfortable and good facilities - like the complimentary tea and coffee. Added bonus was the fact the tv had access to Netflix. I just wanted to relax in the evening after a long day travelling so it was nice to relax and unwind.”
