  • Kalia Kibbutz Hotel Review score: 9

“Perfect for little ones with a no fuss breakfast with plenty of choices, 2 fantastic playgrounds for ages 0-12. One had slides and swings, the other had more musical instruments and rope climbing. There was a shaded baby pool and the shallow area of the grown up, heated pool, was also shaded. The kibbutz is absolutely stunning with incredible views and a 5 minute drive to the dead sea, and only 30 min to Jerusalem. Kids loved it.”

“This was a great place to stay during my time in Bethlehem, and the family was very friendly. I was going to a conference across town, and one of the hostel managers actually was willing to carpool with me back and forth. I came away feeling like a new family friend.”
