Uncomfortable bed and pillows and no soundproof, I got to listen to other people's phone conversation every night plus all sort of weird building noises. I used noise cancellation headphones to sleep.

Some deep cleaning is required on the furniture, especially the upholstery. It can get a bit noisy if your room faces the street. They offered us a taxi service from the airport that was very expensive and we declined. But it looks like there is some sort of understanding between the hotel and a a specific taxi company, because the next day when we asked (and insisted) for a regular taxi, they brought us the same company as the day before without us knowing that, until we were already on our way to the airport, luggage and all. So we had to pay at least double the price. Call your own taxi if you can. We did not appreciate that kind of behavior from the staff.

This is a nice old building with big renovated rooms and old style furniture. The location is excellent, in the heart of the city, near everything you need to see and visit. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast is organised in a basement room with a very white light, which doesn't give you a comfortable atmosphere at all, and the coffee could be a bit tastier, but it's not a major problem of course.

The location was excellent, the people at the reception very friendly, everything was clean and comfortable.

No air condition at the bathroom

Good location near the city center, in the quiet street. It was easy to come by bus from the airport. I didn't try breakfast as there was very good bakery around the corner. The room was clean and with all the basic essentials - hair dryer, coffee kettle, hot shower, mini fridge, wifi.

Window in our room was broken and we couldn't open it.

Room was very spacious. Furniture is a bit warned out, but everything was clean. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of different choices. Location is excellent: very close to center, surrounded with nice bars and restaurants.

There was an interesting smell in the room and in the kitchen area... Not too strong, but noticeable.... They have very few parking spots (I think 4), and the area is very busy, so be explicit when you make the reservation.

It's what you expect from a 3 star hotel.

Small minor problems that were taken care of by staff with no issue. If not for that, the Atrium is a 10/10

Location right at the heart of night life. Pre booked private parking at a reasonable price (small parking, book well in advance). Reach breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. Check out at 12:00 allowed us a morning tour while car is parked.

Everything was as we expected, a lot of choices for the breakfast, the room was very clean. Pretty quiet location considering we were in the heart of the city. Old furniture and fabrics, but clean and in a decent condition.

Hotel in general is old and worn down. Needs a little upgrade. The room had a hydro massage bath tub but it did not work or maybe I was unable to make it run but one thing is sure, it was not ready as there was no stopper for the water. Another point is the shower curtain which urgently needs to be changed for a new one. Filthy and yellow. Breakfast was ok but not super. Lots of stuff out of boxes, so nothing fresh. Was a bit disappointing. Just take more care about small details and don’t slip into the routine where you simply don’t care anymore. Think as a guest and how you would like to live your hotel.

Perfect location surrounded by hips of restaurants, bars and pubs. Important to make a reservation for parking at the hotel otherwise you can be cruising around the area for ages before you find a spot. Huge room with king size bed and sofa.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The furnishings inside the rooms and in the hotel corridors are nice. Location is very good and surrounded by little nice places to eat, drink or have a coffee.

The receptionist didn't give any information unless asked and the answers were monosyllabic. The breakfast was quite poor, some varieties to choose from, but all on a budget. The eggs were oily, the vegetables were not fresh and the pastries were pulled out of a bag.

The location is really good, near a lot of landmarks in Bucharest. The room was really large and the bed was comfortable.

the initial room was not having natural light, lighting not strong enough, so I requested an upgrade for which I paid a much lesser amount than expected. the new room was excellent for the price, only problem was that the fridge was not working very well

A little upgrade of the furniture and TV would make it better. I had not seen a CRT TV in ages, but here a 15 inch CRT TV was proudly taking half the desk space in the room. If you use elevators, be careful as they did not seem very reliable and were frequently "stuck" on the second floor.

Great location on the liveliest street of the city, close to restaurants etc. Not far from the nightlife in the old town. Good size room and good breakfast.

It was very noisy during the day because of the school right next to the property, and also cold in the room. The windows are very ineficient. The furniture is a little bit old and used.. Also, the elevator isn't working properly, it can get stuck any minute.

The area is amazing. Central placement, close to everything you need to experience in Bucharest. The room was spacious and clean. Also, the bed was comfortable, so the sleep was really good. A working air conditioning is a godly feature in the summer days. The staff was also great and on point.
