Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaBus to and from airport clean and timely in arrival and departure. Front desk staff helpful and welcoming. Restaurant staff were also welcoming and efficient. The food I ordered was tasty. My room, especially the bed, was comfortable. Everything was clean and at the advertised standard.

The location was very good, has a free shuttle running every half hour to & from the airport. There is a lovely walking path just outside the hotel which gives great views of the planes coming in to land over the Bay. I also thought the "Windows" restaurant & bar were very good. I had breakfast here one day & a dinner on two days & the service & food were excellent

United StatesThe day I arrived and parked in the downstairs parking garage, the elevator was out of order and had to take the stairs to the lobby. Breakfast in the dinner room didn't have plates and coffee when we arrived. I found a long piece of hair in my eggs!
10 minutes from SFO, location, has a gym. Staff was very accommodating, helpful, friendly, and professional.

Restaurant food was very good and staff were all very friendly. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours heading in so the courtesy bus was unavailable however, the hotel offered a refund of our taxi cost to get there and automatically offered a late check out due to our 3am arrival

United Statesi ordered pizza from the restaurant and it was not only expensive but it was the worst pizza i have ever had, and I'm not even super picky about pizza but the meat was rotten and tasted horrible. also i got a cup of clam chowder that had one piece of potato and one clam.

United StatesThe front desk staff could have been more friendly & customer service driven when i was checking out at 4 am. There wasn't anyone behind the front desk and when they finally came out I felt as if i was interrupting them, no smiles, no good morning and they did not provide me a courtesy bottle of water when I asked for it after checking out. The bed was not as comfortable as i was expecting.
i liked that is had a shuttle to airport. I also liked the size of the room and the style of the room. The bathroom was a nice size. The room was very clean.
