Breakfast: there was no information/labeling regarding the products, ingredients, what they contain, when they were made/ when will expire, if it is pork, chicken, beef, fish. Last time we highlighted the situation, but nothing happened.

Great location, it is not the first time we visit it. The rooms are clean and have an excellent view.

The photos look better than how the hotel actually is. The bathroom is very small and hotel furniture is outdated..maybe just a changed chair or bed here and there. The balcon tile as well as the wood was not mantained and the overall feeling of the hotel is that you re back in 1990 s. Breakfast selection also poor and the same each day. In the lobby bar there is no one to serve you, you need to call a receptionist which is not always available.

The hotel position is very nice, with beautiful views, a lot of greenary nearbye, we didn t had trouble with finding a parking place and the kids tool advantage of the play ground. Ok coffee machine.

A little too cold in the breakfast area, but it is understood, the space is big. Cards in rooms- we had to take some chances to open the room :D but it was fun. Also a little too small rooms but it is what it is. Balcony had some water on the floor that also freezed :D .

Hot water, nice room, nice bed, furniture was old & new, had a nice style. The view was beautiful. Food at restaurant very tasty. It had a cozy feeling, we relaxed for some days. It’s a huge hotel I would say, it has greatness. Also the rooms were heated and this was great because outside was cold.

A good place if you want to stay in Predeal. The position of this hotel is on a hill from this mountain resort, the view is also amazing. I traveled here for work, but I would chose it again for some vacation days.

We had some weird issues with the door lock at first, as we couldn't get in. Check out was a bit awkward. Tip: Always keep an eye out for bears while there. Seriously.

Excellent location with an amazing panorama of the mountains -at least form 6th floor where we stayed and the room was clean. The hotel has it's own restaurant and a space outside for kids to play, which is great.

not very good mattresses, narrow blanket. and it was unpleasant that I was given a room without a window, only a balcony door made of glass, narrow, and there was no window. I felt cheated, because the neighboring rooms were empty and had normal windows. this room is lateral, with a mansard roof.

nice mid-range hotel, excellent value for money. the location and the view from the balcony is simply WOW. good breakfast it was a pleasure to stay here

The balcony doesn't have any furniture (chair, sunbed). There is a neighbor camp for teenagers which uses strong loudspeakers. I didn't appreciate the blue spotlight on the façade (and on my balcony) all the night long. I would prefer to watch the sky and the stars.

The chairs in the room had many stains on the material. They looked nice and were old fashion, but definitely required cleaning. The trash 🗑 was full of garbage when we arrived. The most annoying thing was that I have booked the room though Booking.com, the hotel was accepting vacation cards to pay with, and before checking out when I wanted to pay, they mentioned that I am not allowed to pay with my vacation/holiday card since I booked though Booking.com, so they can only accept normal debit or credit cards to pay. I booked this hotel only for the reason that they were accepting vacation card. What would have happened if I wasn't having money on any of my other credit/debit cards? All my stays in the country were reserved and paid through Booking.com with vacation card, and I never had an issue with it.

Good value vlfor money. The room was clean, and big balcony and had a great view over the mountains. The breakfast was good and little bit different from a day to another.

There were some things that were broken that should have been fixed, for instance the handrail of the stairs in the lobby or some of the bathroom fixtures. Small stuff that shouldn't be left in disrepair though. Parking space was also pretty limited although it was low season.

This is your basic three star hotel. Nothing too fancy, nothing too shaby. Good for a weekend but nothing more. The location is great with good views all around and the food in the hotel restaurant is decent. You get your money's worth but not much more.
