Bed was a little soft for my preference.

The location and parking are great if trailering in your motorcycles. The front desk staff was AMAZING! I wish I had gotten all of their names. They were beyond friendly. Super helpful with directions. They were the best part of the hotel.

Breakfast was great! The pool was nice with a movie playing at night. The rooms were big and clean with comfortable beds. My only complaint was that the room smelled very musty when we first went in, but after turning on the AC it was fine.

Our key cards did not work properly. We got the resolved. The room was decent but had a strange odor in the 1st room. They moved us to another room due to the refrigerator, not working correctly and the odor.

The parking lot was a little tight fitting and had a small water leak somewhere on our bathroom floor.

Great location, friendly staff, very nice indoor pool and loved they had popcorn at 8pm. Breakfast was very good( sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, waffles, and cereal.)

My parents said their room smelled like dog but they are pet rooms and had 2 dogs with them so... My brother said his room had an old smell. Probably just need to shampoo the carpets. All can't wait to return next year though.

Stay here every year and this year brought some extended family. All enjoyed breakfast and the pool side movies. See ya next year!

The parking lot is way to small on I believe the east side of the building with other vehicles parked it’s hard to get my truck in and out of the parking spot.

I don't like that the rooms don't get cleaned daily anymore. We have to go to the desk for anything and set trash outside the door.

As I said, this has been our favorite location to stay when our pets are with us. Unfortunately, this will have to change starting with our next trip. The fee for pets has been raised to such an exorbitant amount, we can no longer afford to stay at this location. The quoted fee for pets (2) during our four night stay was greater than the cost of the room for two adults. There are places we can stay that just charge a returnable deposit for pets. We will be staying at one of these the next time we visit Eureka Springs. My father was born in this town and we visit here approximately four times during most years. I will be looking for a new location for our stay starting with the next trip.

We have stayed here many times and our favorite place to stay when we are traveling with our pets. Staff is great, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the location couldn't be better.

I did not like having to stay on the backside of the motel. This is hard to access for elderly people and creates a problem getting around. The hallway going around back smelled musty. Also, the biscuits for breakfast on every morning were as hard as a brick.

The Staff were super friendly and helpful, my wife and I both got a little under the weather and the staff acted in real concern and were helpful with everything. The rooms were very clean and in order. The bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels. The beds were very comfortable. My wife really liked the comfort of the bed.
