Rooms are very dated and in poor condition,

Close to main bus station and Cluj train station, small super market and bakery downstairs, ok if you want to have a quick stopover close to train station it seems its the only option.

the biggest problem was the noise: we couldn't sleep because of people banging their doors and going up and down the stairs, talking loudly. this went on for a couple hours at night. the place wasn't as clean as we had wished for. there were some dirty spaces (hairs on the bedsheets) and one big bug on the wall we noticed as soon as we entered. the bathroom on the other hand was clean

I liked the perfect location (right beside Fany bus terminal). Some of the staff were also very nice.

Housekeeping starts early and it’s a bit noisy from the nearby road. Not a problem if you are a solid sleeper ☺️

Staff were a little abrupt. Breakfast was advertised through hotel advertising (not booked via Booking.com) but was told not available.

No frills budget business style hotel, convenient for late arrival/early departure at the nearby railway station. Everything works but getting a bit frayed at the edges and in need of a refurb.

Dont have anything to complain about, the toilet and shower was a bit grim but nothing terrible

Close enough to the center and 24/7 check in was available which was a huge bonus. Compared to other hotels in the area its a great price and you get exactly what you pay for, i cannot give it a high rating as it is really average and not premium what so ever, but as I said it's expected with a budget hotel.

I could hear water from pipes when others were flushing or taking shower. Not the best placement of outlets, I had to slightly move bed to plug in my charger

If you have early morning train it's great location, but from the city centre it's quite far. I could leave my luggage before check-in.

One should keep his expectation realistic. This is an old building probably built in the socialist era of Romania. There is no elevator.

The location is about 600 m from the train station. I walked to the train station to early morning with two suicases.

I had a bad neighbor who maked a lot of gross noise in the middle of the night. And the location it's a bit noisy too

Fairly clean but aged room and bathroom. Room a bit too small for two people. During the night , hotel recepcionist didn't speak english, and there is no wait room for more than 2/3 people. I think they don't have even breakfasts, let alone restaurant, double check these services if you need them.

It's not the best hotel out there, until you see the price. Then it becomes a very good option if you're on a tight budget. It's easy to park outside. I was well attended during the reception/payment process.

Close to rail waystation, low price. Could not have breakfast because the restaurant was closed in Sundays, but the receptionist arranged it at a close hotel. Kudos for the pesonel.

The tv was really small (looked more like a tablet), the doors of the closet were not working properly and one of the doors of the shower was half-broken and could have easily fallen off. It was also quite loud in the mornings (around 6-7 am) as the room was really close to the reception.

The staff was great, pleasant to talk to and helpful. Check-in and check-out went perfect! The room was big enough and the lighting was good. The bed was ok.
