We only stayed for a single night, yet I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room was tidy, albeit a bit warm, equipped with a TV boasting numerous channels. The spacious and clean bathroom included a tub. Breakfast, though not a buffet, offered six appealing options. Ample and secure parking was available, and the services were excellent. The restaurant had an appealing ambiance, and the menu was varied.

very quaint and cozy atmosphere. i was hesitant about this hotel but it definitely exceeded my expectations. very nice hotel and very nice staff. the dinner menu is huge with plenty of options of traditional Romanian cuisine. very happy with this hotel.

All great and nothing negative

The entire structure Is modern and well renovated. We had a great and spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful from top top bottom. Reccomended.

Original older room was elegant and large, but damp and had mold or mildew. The renovated room was spotless but curtains were arranged oddly to not close so we had to sleep with eye masks and earplugs for road noise.

What a beautiful place. Redone dining room is so lovely, the terraces overlooking the pool are cleverly placed for privacy, cosyness and calm. Food was excellent, staff very helpful, flowers and decor enchanting.

- price/quality ratio is perfect. Hotel restaurant is good. The pool terrace is perfect for a late night summer dinner!

with all of the above I cannot recommend to stay in this hotel as if you are planning to stay there from Thursday to Sunday it’s very likely there will be a private party there and the music will be so LOUD that it would be impossible to sleep. in our case the music stopped at 2am! I had to go and complain but the staff couldn’t make the owner of the party to switch the music off even if the agreed time was midnight. this was a nightmare.

spacious rooms, very nice pool area, the restaurant is good and open till late. from staff only one person speaks English but everyone is trying their best to help.

The staff difficult to communicate with

Some aspects need a more close attention; for example: a broken curtain support, mini-fridge from the room not working properly, etc

The music. The place is situated in a quiet place, but the place is not very quiet specially of your room is above the restaurant. They have band that perform until late and you can heare everyrhing from the room

There was a loud party by the pool until late in the evening. At breakfast it was impossible to communicate in English.

I waited at the reception about 20 min to check in. Nobody was there. For ordering the dinner i waited 30 min but the food came quickly For breakfast took 45 minutes

They say that the adequacy of the system is checked by its reaction to errors. so, this hotel is absolutely not viable. The staff does not give a damn about everything that is happening, they are not going to solve problems. The manager at reception is constantly out of place. we have to wait for her. It is not capable of solving elementary problems. For example, there was only one set of towels in the double room, they never bothered to put the second one on. I was waiting for the manager at the reception, but she didn't come, called the reception with a request, wrote a letter to the email address. Nothing! There is also a disgusting Wi-Fi. 5 minutes working, 20 minutes not working. Although what can you expect from a hotel in which there is no manager at the reception, but there is a dead cockroach

The noise. At 22:40 i was changing the room because it was a party at the pool and the music was very loud. So if you want to stay here ask for a quite room, especially if you want to sleep and not to party. Otherwise don't forget ear plugs in case they don't have quite rooms.
