How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The stuff I wrote before and the staff, some of them either weren’t so nice or didn’t know a lot of casual stuff.
The location is great, yet some of the facilities weren’t great, like a picture in the room with flies in it or a cigarette mark on the sofa. Other stuff were really clean

Housekeeping is working only during the day so you can’t change your towels from the evening Bed is not so comfortable

Nothing really. Breakfast could have been a bit better but we went 15 mins before it stopped so that’s our fault. What we did have was delicious.

Nothing to report.
The room was very spacious and nicely decorated and quiet. Yet the property is very central and right next to the beautiful Cismigiu park. The breakfast buffet is served on the top floor with a nice view over the city center. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed the stay very much and look forward to visiting again. I highly recommend the property!

My room was on a low level floor with view on the street which turned out to be very noisy by night due to the car traffic. Another main issue was that, at several times, it was difficult to get hot water in the shower. I also regretted that, at some moment, the hotel restaurant located on the top floor was closed.
I came back to this hotel after a first stay. The suite was very spatious and comfortable. The hotel is in the city center close to restaurants and an enjoyable park when there is sun. The hotel staff both at the reception and in the restaurant is very professional. The access to the lift is controlled by card.

Didn't refresh the tea/coffee each day. At the price I would have thought tea / coffee and a bottle of water would be provided each day.
Great sized rooms. Kitchen area was well equipped with a good sized dining table, lounge was comfortable and bedroom very cosy. Shower was powerful. Temperature controls were very responsive meaning the whole unit was comfortable at all times. Breakfast, served on the rooftop restaurant, was excellent. A great stay and very good value for money.

Taxi to and from the airport. Easy and quick check in. Beautiful, comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast each morning up on the sixth floor with its sumptuous pink décor. Had a meal on one of the evenings. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town and Victory Road. A good choice to stay there.

Entrance area and elevator feels a bit "old", "vintage" and "small" but all in all ok
basic breakfast but good - the room very big, in my case 2 rooms plus bathroom and own kitchen, this is very nice. the hotel is in middel of bucharest so its possible to reach alot of places by feet

There is parking available at the hotel premises however it is charged for 10€/day no matter ig you've parked 3 hours or the whole day. The parking person did not speak any English at all. Fluency is not necessary however, some basic knowledge would be appreciated. The spots are not limitless, so you may not find a place available and the public area is not very parking friendly. We managed to find a place all 3 days of our stay, however one should keep that in mind.
The location was great and at a walking distance from the city's area where the majority of the bars and restaurants are located. The hotel personnel was extremely friendly and helpful yet discreet when necessary and attentive to your needs. The breakfast was served at a beautifully decorated top floor.

All was good
The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal, had a 6 year old and Cișmigiu park nearby has quite a few playgrounds. As well availability of eateries nearby at anytime of the day was very helpful! The suite was quiet despite the hotel being located in the heart of the city.
