Perfect from all points of view . Nice location , impeccable serving , tasty traditional food , beautiful spa . The room was so clean that you could eat from the floor . The reception guy was very helpful and polite .

The location was very beautiful, right next to the woods. The room had a beautiful design, very clean and welcoming! The fresh, crisp air in the morning was my favorite part, it gives you that instant relaxed vibe and makes you feel refreshed! The food was delicious, I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely come back for more!

There isn’t much space around the hotel to hang out as a family with children. It seems crowded outside all the time with people constantly coming to the restaurant. Also, the restroom being part of the room is a great idea to save space but we didn’t enjoy needing to wash hands in the room while the baby was sleeping.

We liked the cleanliness, the fact that there is a sauna and pool area, and the hot stone to lay on. We loved the breakfast foods. A great selection and having fresh fruits was wonderful. Also, we eat at the restaurant every day and the food at the restaurant was good and fresh. Huge plus for having a crib available for the baby so we didn’t need to carry ours there.

After spending 5 days at the hotel and eating / drinking at the restaurant every night, on the last night, whereas it was my birthday, the manager refused us to bring one specific bottle of champagne coming from my friends to celebrate. We found it totally petty and non commercial. Too bad that the manager is not up to her staff.

The noise of bathroom fan was high and it is switch on with the light. It is impossible to stop it if you do not need it. This inconvenient is difficult to be accepted on the night. The air conditioner could not be switch off. I did not want to sleep with it during the night and the temperature could not be increased on heat.

The place is very beautiful and the restaurant is very good. The panorama was amazing. The location is an oasis of tranquility and full of greenery. It is very nice in week days, not in weekend.

Nothing to complain, really. Maybe only that in the SPA area, one of the saunas did not work and the shower (that you need to have before diving in the pool) had only cold water (very cold). But that was a small inconvenient. We had a really good stay at Lostrita.

The hotel is great, the furniture is new and looking very nicely, the design is also contemporain, nice lights in the room and hallways. Rooms are really clean, bedsheets smell nice, housekeeping came every day to tidy the room. Staff is nice, polite and helpful. Also the staff at the restaurant, the guys are fast and nice to talk to. Food is great, most of the menu is based on fresh trout. Morning breakfast is diverse and has lots of options. Parking available on site, without fees. SPA is good, too. The hotel is really wonderful, nothing is left randomly, everything is nice and tidy. We plan already to come again, maybe during winter time :-)
