Nothing to complain about! The A/C was indeed weak, but that's the only downside I could find.

We got offered a free upgrade to a nicer room, and also a free bottle of wine. The room is clean, large enough, the bathroom has all the needed amenities. The location of the hotel is also great, the staff was friendly.

heavy luggage difficult to manage up the stairs to get to the lift could hear the room above flush the wc noisy from outside tiny beds, we had a twin and my female colleague is tall (176) her legs outside the bed, as in for me was very narrow and i am a tiny woman (55kg) but kept fearing to fall out of the bed, cant imagine for a bigger person

Everything was amazing! The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, I got a free upgrade of the room and a bottle of wine with my name on it. Definitely will come back there anytime I’ll be in Bucharest!

Bathroom drain brought in an awful smell so I asked the staff to change my room. They moved quickly and gave me a better room. Shower drain was clogged so there was an overflow when you showered.

Noisy, little sound isolation . Otherwise a fine place to stay for the discount I got.

Is is close to the airport and I have family living nearby. Room is good, bathroom is good, service is good, if you need it, public transportation is good , restaurant is okay I guess, no “mici” on the menu and that’s a bummer … but I understand it cause it’s smelly and clumsy.

It is not my first time staying at Crystal Palace because it is not only very conveniently located as it is very clean, comfortable and staff is very kind and helpful. I would only suggest to add more variety to breakfast, like more fruits, different iogurts and vegetable milk options. I will definitely return next year.

This is an excellent hotel with even more excellent staff. Everyone is so helpful and polite so I was really happy with my stay. Even one of the nights when they had a very low occupancy, they made me custom eggs and bacon because they didn't have a full hot buffet out, very nice touch and thoughtful. Even if it's a bit out of the center it doesn't really matter with a metro close by and very efficient Uber in the city.

One of the flags on the front entrance is upside down, which is very insulting for people of other nationality. Hopefully they will fix it. Rooms need some renovation

Girls at the reception are adorable!) Very helpful and very nice. We were very happy to get a free upgrade and wine bottle as compliment from the hotel. Quality of service and hospitality are one the highest level!))

Small things are very easy to solve: - the exhaustor in the bathroom is a little noisy; - the wireless signal in the room is quite zero.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Starting with the front desk, the restaurant, room service, cleaning, all the personnel is well qualified and ready to respond to all guest requirements.
