The food was diverse. We didn't eat the same food on our stay. We had breakfast included. All the food from restaurant was delicious. The spa is awesome. Our kids had a lot of fun and we managed to de-stressed. It was a good therapy for our souls and bodies.

Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. The food is delicous, the spa is great, heated pools, sauna always ready at any hour in the schedule. The room is cosy, clean and well equiped. Congrats for the great job you are doing!

No complaints! Everything was over the expectations!

A pleasant place with kind, fun but also very professional staff. Access is easy, and close to the lake and the center of the resort. The SPA is well maintained, the atmosphere is quiet and the water is at the perfect temperature. The saunas were always ready. The room is shiny and nicely decorated. We had a special request for my wife's birthday - we were extremely pleasantly surprised by the way they understood how to delight their customers! Thank you!

Well, there is little not to like. But there are moments in the day when the indoor pools got crowded and it was hard to get a sunbed or a room at the bar near the pool. We found some of the drinks a bit expensive.

The salty pool and saunas were great for relaxing. We also had a bit of fun with the waterslides. The room was spotless, and everything was in working order. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Both were delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and enough variety from day to day to keep the dinner interesting. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall our stay was pleasant and relaxing. Exactly what we needed

It’s a pretty noisy hotel. In the evening we could hear the music from the restaurant in our room( at the 2nd floor). Kids screaming and running down the hallway until 12 pm

Party Sunday night in the restaurant could be heard midnight from the room.

Breakfast already from 7.00 and spa open from 08.00. Very good food quality. Excellent staff. Playing room for children. Gym with professional equipment.

The hotel is brand new. It provides clean and spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. The food was really nice, there was a good variety of food and drinks to choose from. The SPA had just everything that we needed, including salt water pool, jacuzzi, there were massage services available, sauna and even a pool bar. The staff is also frienfly and helpful, so overall, there is nothing to complain about. We will return for sure. Highly recommended!

It's not the case.

Everything was how I expected but in some cases it exceeded my expectations. Room and public spaces very clean. The spa center is well organised and equiped. The staff is very carefull to your needs and always close to help you everytime. In my opinion it's almost a 5 star hotel. Very good to choose in any circumstances (leisure or business). Keep going like that.
