The deluxe room had a very small balcony, big enough for 1 person only (one small table and 1 chair).

The furniture is nice but old and need some restoration. It would be great keeping the same furniture but refreshing it. The breakfast coud be better and guys there sometimes forget that are children having breakfast too and don’t mind the language. Hopefully the kids didn’t pay attention.

The last bit of the road up to it is very dark and more of a rutted track than a real road. I was glad my hire car was an SUV with good ground clearance.

Big rooms . Very clean and fresh . Restaurant and bar were excellent with tasty food and good portions. The breakfast had everything I wanted with hot and cold options and lots of coffee. It's a family place and they take care of you. For the stay, dinner, and drinks at the bar it was very inexpensive by comparison with equivalents in central Europe or the UK . Great !

Wonderful hotel, excellent location and tranquility. Welcoming staff with smiles on their faces, they apologized that the room was not ready yet, even though it was 11.40, and check in was at 14 o'clock. I only have words of praise ❤️ Score 100

Everything was absolutely perfect, as we pulled out the car we were welcomed by a mesmerising view, such a lovely place in nature. The hotel has a good balance between their facilities, keeps grown-ups relaxed while the children stay entertained . We could spend a whole day on the property without having to go outside for food, drinks or entertainment as they have it all. Watch out for bears, better keep your distance if you spot them, they won’t come close if they are not engaged.

The outside playground for children was still under construction, with only a few activities available. Hopefully it will provide more options and better facilities after being renovated.

Friendly staff, good location if you want to stay closer to nature but not too far from the city, good food (including breakfast) and some facilities for children (indoor play room and outside playground, although kind of limited).

The location, into the woods and the fact that is a quiet Hotel. The staff was nice, willing to help. The breakfast was good, the only problem is for the vegetarians, but I think they can find a way

The bed was depressed. My back hurt when I woke up. It is impossible to reach the hotel without your own vehicle or taxi.

The silence is enthusiastic. It was close to Peles Castle and Cable Car. It was clean.

The mattress was too used and unfortunately we slept poorly because of it. Would definitely recommend to change the mattress - this is actually a deal-breaker for us so even if we would love to come back at this hotel,we won't be doing it if the mattress isn't upgraded.

The location is very nice, basically the hotel is in the woods and we loved the amazing mountain view and the quiet days spent here. Warm and clean room,with very friendly staff. Also the breakfast was nice. We rented an ATV and the experience was very nice.

There was no light through our entire stay(we stayed for 1 night).We only got light the next day, 1 hour before check out.

Beautiful location, very amiable personnel. We really appreciated the fact that they cooked a late meal for us(we arrived at 22:15 and the restaurant closes at 22:00).

Room was not ready for requested number of guests. Had to call for additional pillows, blankets, towels. Sleeping place for two kids 6 and 10 is way too small. If you commit to provide the service you have to make sure it is provided properly. The whole place looks rather tired. No complimentary water. Peaceful but huge dogs all over the place
