The only thing I have noticed was some loose carpeting on the stairs towards the first floor that could be a tripping hazard for the staff and guests.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and kind. The check-in procedure was also very well-explained and it was easy to get in touch with staff. The location of the hotel is also very convenient.

Staff, also the woman with the glasses and black/brown hair especially nice. Helped me print papers and stuff. Nice staff and good breakfast. Restaurant always has coffee, juice and tee available for free. Also spacious and nice rooms and nice warm bathroom with warm floor spots here and there 😁

Very clean and helpful staff. I had a problem with an evening dinner... my fault, ordering wrong meal and Manager understood my mistake and provides a different meal at no extra cost! Room was spacious with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Tasty breakfast.

The hotel provided only continental breakfast. The food was good, but many people might like to have a slice of cake or something sweet to start the day Some minor details of the furnitures might have needed proper maintenance for the sake of beauty (a jamb of the door of the bathroom was cut near the floor, the ceramic of the sink presented a small crack)

The room was large, sunny, silent and functionally furnished. It had a large window and a small balcony. Two comfortable twin-XL-size beds allowed me and my family a pleasant rest. The bathroom was wide, and spic-and span. It was endowed with a large shower and a window for proper aeration. The corridors of the hotel were large and well-lit A restaurant with a wide variety of foods and preparations was available for lunch and dinner

The room could have done with an armchair. It was a fair distance to walk to the city centre so we were happy it had a restaurant. The waitress on the first evening seemed indifferent and when asked about a local beer to accompany the meal recommended the Tuborg draught! We had been advised by the receptionist on arrival the the restaurant served until 9.30pm. We must have witnessed the last meal of the evening being served when we went down on the second evening at 8.30pm because when we asked for the menu we were told that food orders were no longer being taken. We had to rush out to try to look for another restaurant which wasn't that easy to find.

The reception staff were friendly. The room was very spacious with two double beds, balcony, spacious bathroom with great shower. The breakfast was very good and varied. It was located a short walk from the bus stop for bus 5 from just outside the airport. It had a restaurant in which we had a good meal on our first evening.

Hotel is located in a busy area, windows are not soundproof enough, if you"re a bad or light sleeper you can hear the traffic noise during night.

Excellent. Modern furniture, mini fridge in the room, spaciouss and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpfull. We don't remember the name of the girl at reception when we checked in, but she has one of the most amazing customer service we ever met.:-) Close to 24/7 open super market. Breakfast was perfect. Parking space in front of the hotel. Balcony.

One of the beds was way too soft to comfortably sleep in

Helpful receptionists. We were mistakenly given a room with 1 bed instead of 2, so they gave us a much bigger and nicer room instead. There wasn't a 24 hour front desk, but they let us check ourselves out at 3 am. Hot and cold water shower, clean sheets and towels and nothing was broken. A quiet street that's very accessible by public transportation.
