The hotel is tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and we stayed in a superb room which was truly satisfactory in every aspect. The staff could have been friendlier; some of them even don't speak English. The spa center is nice, as well as the pool and food. The prices at the hotel are affordable. All in all, a good experience; We will definitely come back again.

Bathrobes are too small.( child size), no hooks for towels in the room.

Nothing to complain just one “little “ thing I received a little room 3 stars ( no. 202) but I paid for a 4 stars room and this is not correct. Next time please respect the customer and reimburse the price difference!!!!

Check in and check out was not at all friendly, this may have been due to language difficulty. No-one to show me to my room, just handed over the key. After a long journey, 2 flights and stairs to negotiate some assistance would have been nice on arrival and also on departure. On leaving I handed over my key card and not a word from reception!

Close to the airport, very clean. Huge room, well appointed bathroom. Reasonable, buffet style breakfast.

The spa area should benefit of more personnel cause it was dirty. Also the breakfast is slim for a 4* hotel. If people are still coming until 11 am you should have food on the table. There is no kettle in the room.

Front desk didn’t tell me spa closed at 8:30 when I arrived at 7. Finished dinner at 8:30 and all was shut-down. Dumb.

The receptionist didn't say much about the spa facilities. The room at the road side was not quiet. The breakfast a bit basic.

Very nice room, beautiful decorated, very cozy and lot of space ( room on the 1st floor). The Spa area is also very nice and clean, the restaurant was good. Bare in mind you need a swimming cap or you can buy it there for 20 lei.

I was not aware I booked a room of lower (***) standard and probably got the worst and the noisiest one - nr 4, although I did ask for a quiet one. There is a busy motorway from that side and the windows are old, not soundproof. I felt like in the middle of the road! It was a nightmare. Next morning I complained and asked at least for earplugs but got no help from the guy who behaved more like a guard then a receptionist. I managed to get another room from the opposite side for the last night. And more bad luck - noisy neighbours having a party from 4 to 7 am...The place is old but has a potential - just badly managed. Spa for example does not offer any "sanum", intimacy or well-being. In the evening is full of screaming kids, it is a large space with lockers, showers and saunas (1 out of order, one hot only for a few hours a day). They require you to wear a swimming cap but it is not available at the hotel reception. Location makes no sense if you are without a car, difficult to get a taxi at certain times of the day and you are stuck!

Spectacular pool and fitness room. Great meals in the restaurant (duck breast!) and decent selection of wines. Very friendly receptionist on the day of departure.
