There were some downsides: 1. One significant issue was that the room did not have proper heating. This forced me to pile on three sheets to stay warm during the night, which was far from ideal. 2. Initially, I had a good room, but the key got stuck, leading to a room change. Unfortunately, the replacement room had two beds instead of the king-sized bed I had initially booked, which was disappointing.

The positives were: 1. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly kind and always greeted us with a warm smile. The cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. 2. The indoor pool was a great feature, and the fact that it was warm made swimming even more enjoyable. Having a hot shower nearby after swimming was a nice touch. Swimming at night was a wonderful way to relax and relieve stress. 3. The balcony provided a lovely view, adding to the overall ambiance of the stay.

You have pool, and breakfest, the room was clean, and we have a nice view. They have fresh cakes made by them into the loby and the limonade was made with lemon, not with chimicals....

No parking, not comfortable and definitely not a 3* hotel. The pool closing time at 20:00 You better pay a little extra and stay at a 4* hotel near Domogled.

Very noisy staff... Shouting to each other on the hallway all day long. The doors had to be pushed hard for closing the automatic lock and is unpleasant to hear them all the time. The bathroom is very small, very cheap and old sanitary objects.

The breakfast is very very poor especially if you don't eat meat. On the bed the sheets and the cuverture are 2 on a big double bed. It would have been easier with one sheet.

Only considerable issue I had was that the freezer was not working. Also, the remote for the tv had no batteries.

Breakfast was quick and fine. Location was good. It had an inside pool, a mini-bar, treatment facilities etc. Quiet place, by 12 o'clock, all the music from outside stopped.

We had some issues with the booking. Although we paid online and got confirmation per email, when we arrived there the receptionist told us there is no booking on my name. We had to debate and convince her to make some calls until situation got clarified.

It is December and the heat is on only in the evening, for 4 hours. During the night you freeze and when asked about it, the guard said that it was the decision of the manager of the hotel. I think it just about stealing your money and that is all. Very impolite receptionist as well. Better run away from this location. It is a shame that they call themselves a 3 * hotel. I will file a complaint anyway.

First of all the room was not clean, the room did not have propper lighting. The bathroom light bulbs were totally broken almost zero light and also the shower cabin had mold. The toilet seat was broken. At night was cold given the fact that the heating sistem was on for abou an hour. Overall a bad experience and the pictures on booking do not represent the true aspect of the room. They had a pool which in pictures looks nice but in reality it was more or less in the same condition as the bathroom. And on top of all the beds were totally bad and cheap causing pain and basically not being able to sleep properly.

From the entrance to check in , everything was poor. The hotel looks rundown and unkept. The staff didn’t speak a word of English and we didn’t receive any instructions. The lobby had terrible lighting and was very unwelcoming. The rooms were bare minimum. There was a bed with questionable bedsheets, dirty carpets and a mouldy bathroom you can barely enter or move in.

The only thing that property does well is mislead through unrealistic representation online with photos that don’t match the reality.

The rooms are very dirty , old , no cleaning service , beetles and insects on the balcony and in the rooms . In bathroom the whole installation is rusty, old, dirty and very bed smells!

Not so clean bathroom, poor service, breakfast quality, and perhaps most importantly no air conditioning in a very hot room, which made it pretty hard to get a good sleep!

Our room was pleasantly silent in the night and offered enough space with all necessary basic things like a shower, twin bed and even a balcony.
