We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The best thing about it the Staff friendliness and willingness to do everything in their power for guests to feel welcomed. The security guard and the nice lady at the reception went above and beyond to make sure we have parking, that we can order food, that it gets delivered to our room from the restaurant in front (which didn't have staff for delivery), they brought us a charger. It's our favorite place in Bacau, we don't even consider other options. Rooms are also quite large, bathrooms clean, they have all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen, very diverse selection, not just basics.

Very friendly, nice and helpful people. Booking confirmation received on a personalized email, welcome card placed in the room with the same personal note. Spacious room, equally spacious bathroom, everything clean, tasty apples waiting for us on the table on arrival. Good quality gym/equipment available anytime (even if not open). We enjoyed eating on the premises, good breakfast, lunch and dinner. At least 3 banks (and ATMs) within 1-2 min walking distance, shopping relatively close.
