Loved the birds that reside in the park one half block away as every morning at Sunrise, you could hear them simultaneously flutter to the sound of your morning wakeup call...

Charming and quaint boutique hotel set in an alley just a half block from Cismigiu Park. Very attentive customer service. Excellent small restaurant (get the duck) if that's your thing. Free bikes to tour the city which we loved! Work out in gym, sauna, pool was the best. So relaxing.

The food in this hotel is beyond exceptional service is fantastic, did I mention the food 😋 its amazing. Loved the separate shower toilet area within the bathroom, and the bath was fantastic. Bed so comfy. Windows opened so nice fresh air. Coffee machine and brilliantly stocked fridge. Highly recommend thos Hotel, staff are fantastic!

Beautiful property and amazing amenities. Lovely retreat in the middle of the city. This felt like an old world elegant hotel. Room service was amazing, very attentive staff. I also loved the pool and sauna.

I really like this hotel, I first stayed about 10 years ago for work and have been wanting to go back since. It's a really cool building from the outside and the surrounding area is nice, just a short walk from Cismigu Gardens. The staff are friendly and professional and the spa area is lovely, my kids really enjoyed the pool. We were given a glass of sparkling wine on arrival which I thought was a really nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have some English language channels on the TV. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

It would've been convenient to be able to add breakfast though booking.com, but I guess it is tricky since it is an ala carte breakfast.

We spent our last few days of our honeymoon here and wanted something special, which we got. We were in a junior suite which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The spa was very good for its size. Massage was great. The hotel reception was great in helping us find tables with short notice at the most popular restaurants. Fantastic drinks in the bar, the best we had in Romania. Restaurant is also very good with a good portion size (in many other places it was difficult to eat both a starter and a main course, here it is possible). The best duck we had! Overall they had fantastic service both for hotel and restaurant.

Probably the only thing I can say I would've enjoyed better, would've been a bigger yard, but since the hotel is situated between so many buildings, it has no more room for extending.

The staff at this hotel was incredible, they were always aiming to please and make your stay as conformable as possible. For that I have to give them a 10/10. Also the food is very good, and the waiters very well prepared. A very big thank you for the management for doing a great job.
