Great spa area, large rooms and a great restaurant.

Honestly, the room was nothing spectacular, as the design itself is quite basic, if we could compare it to the other areas of the hotel.

I definitely loved the reception, bar and restaurant area. the staff has been so helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a very good area, really in the center but so peaceful at the same time.

We paid a lot of money, I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included with my booking.com booking.

We loved the spa facilities and the room. The staff could not have been more helpful. We were pleased to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

There was nothing we didn't like

Our bedroom was lovely, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is from a menu served at the table and the food and choice was good. The restaurant is in a lovely room and the food and service was very good. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly go back again. We didn't use the spa so cannot comment on that. The location of the hotel is in a very quiet area, but still walking distance to the old City area.

This boutique hotel is in a fabulous, quiet location. We had the VIP Epoque suite which was huge, two bedrooms, lounge and kitchenette, and a stunning terrace. The staff - from spa to reception, restaurant and bar - were all fantastic! Service was truly excellent! The food in the restaurant is sublime.

It's mine and my wife's favorite place! It's cosy and elegant and a great value for money! It's also classy and you feel important here! The food is also the best in town!

All of the food in the restaurant was awful. Poorly conceived menu with random flavour combinations. The portion sizes were minuscule (think master chef) but we still couldn’t finish anything as it was all terrible. Wine selection was great though.

The hotel is lovely; very luxurious. The service is excellent. Prices very reasonable. The onsite spa is very small but a nice place to visit for an hour.

No laundry facilities, only laundry service.

Our room was spotless. Hotel staff are lovely and so welcoming even for us non-Romanian speakers. Not a very long walk into Old Town. A very quiet area. We didn't pay for breakfast but the restaurant looked nice.

We literally got an apartment, beautifully designed, modern but with vintage touch, which we loved. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff was attentive and the breakfast (not included in the price) was no less than superb! The location is in a quieter area but within walking distance from most attractions.

Our server at L'atelier notably unexceptional and impersonal to the point of being unprofessional.

The room was exceptional as were the staff. Access to the spa is a plus and the bar area was amazing and comfortable. The hotel's location was off the beaten path and very near a great park for my morning run.

I don’t like it when a hotel puts a block on your card for potential spending and tells you it will be cleared in 3/4 days - I’m not sure if this is common in Romania but it was the only one out of the 3 hotels that we stayed in that did this

We booked a grand apartment for the final night of our Romanian trip and it was worth splashing out. It was beautiful and really comfortable. The pool facilities were really good. The bar did delicious cocktails and we ate dinner in the onsite restaurant which was delicious

It is very nice hotel close to Bucharest city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was huge and very nice/comfy. The hotel has an excellent spa with nice saunas and small gym - everything you need to relax during the business trip and they don't charge anything extra for this. The hotel restaurant was very good - I did enjoy beautiful breakfast out there. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Bucharest.

Tv and internet were a little hard to use. Both were a bit slow and internet kept disconnecting.

Staff was amazing, rooms are huge and very clean. Mini bar was well stocked. I liked the nespresso machine and complimentary water.
