A little problem with the hot water in the bathrooms - it comes slowly after a waste of water.

Located in the centre of the town, close to the river and boats, close to the museums. Comfortable and spacious appartment, well- furnished.

the building have much potential but like other before 90's hotels the rooms are not rising to the potential level.

Design of bathroom. Although modern equipment and nice visually the layout was very poor. The shower leaked, there was nowhere to put your essentials (toothbrush and toothpaste, razor etc) and the hot water took ages to come through. Breakfast was a buffet style but the hot food was in fact cold. No restaurant facilities in the evening and very little available in the area.

The staff's attitude: the cleaning lady asked if I wanted cleaning; the breakfast was a la carte and there wasn't anyone to ask for food...someone appeared after 5 minutes

Breakfast was included in our room. Since we left early for the ferry, it was important for us not to have to look for breakfast somewhere. Breakfast was very poor. Not at all.

The room is very large, clean, comfortable, renovated. Very comfortable bed! Thank you, I haven't slept like this in a long time)

Hotel 'Europolis' is located right in the city center of Tulcea, very close to the main city square, which is a vibrant part of the city, with local crafts markets, evening events and free evening shows. The hotel room was large, with comfortable beds, very clean, bright and had air conditioning. The bathroom was modern, the shower had good water flow, nice after a hot summer day. Ten marks for the personnel, they provided an excellent service, they were very kind and welcoming!

Water from the shower went all over the floor. Breakfast was rather poor - a good selection but low quality and not very nicely presented.

Excellent value for money, and the room was much bigger and nicer than the other reviews on Booking.com will have you believe. Super comfortable bed and the best duvet I've had anywhere east of Vienna :)

The hotel is very closed to the old town with several restaurants around the area and places to visit. Also, even though it's so close to the old town, it's very accesible and I could drive in and out without any problem. There is also plenty of spaces for parking just in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was very poor. We came at 10-40 and there was almost no food. The restaurant staff did nothing with that. I would say the ignored us.

The receptionist welcomed us warmly and gave us a room with one bed, instead of the room with two beds. The room was renovated with nice bathroom and balcony. The parking is just behind the hotel and free of charge

Bed was rock hard and minimal single blanket on top of matress (which is obviously used by many people). Bathroom is very dated and shower leaked so needed to put a towel to absorb.

Nice staff and helpful (for me surprisingly not always the case in Romania customer service sector). Room itself is very nice, big and central (dated but okay).

The main air conditioning didn’t work, but the ones in the rooms were doing the job very well. Many mosquitos but not unbearable!

They forgot to clean something. I have found an empty bottle of wine.in the balcony and a box cigarettes in the trash bin. But I could live.with it :)

Room Cleaning service not quite present. Sheets are not having an elastic around or at corners so, you may end up sleeping on the mattress sometimes
