My bathroom counters had some type of goo on it. My mattress pad and sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. The light took a few minutes to even turn on and then flickered the entire time they were on. The bathroom pipes also smelled like they hadn’t been used in some time.

The bed was comfy and it was a smooth check in process. No one came to the room at 8 asking to clean the room because the sign wasn’t up.

The beds were semi-comfortable. The drain in the bathroom sink was broken and required having to hold the drain plug up to allow the water to drain. Really gross when you're brushing your teeth! The free break is just okay. Not much effort goes into meal prep. Everything hot is prepared in using a microwave with the exception of the waffles. 2 of the juice dispensers were out of order. The "hot" tub was COLD and impossible to use. The pool is actually an indoor/outdoor pool. The indoor section is the shallow part of the pool, but the water is only 3 feet deep. The temperature was pleasant, but the water was dirty. We had to go request clean towels from the front desk. All the pool towels were lying around mostly on the floor and all completely wet. There were also clothes on the floor left behind by former guests. We only used the pool for 30 minutes our entire stay. The indoor pool and hot tub was 80% of the reason I booked this room.

The associate who checked us in was excellent. He was very friendly and provided all the necessary information. Stellar customer service. Unfortunately, that is where the excellence ends. The room was clean and presentable. The beds were semi-comfortable.

This was supposed to be a handicap room, if my husband would have been in a wheelchair, there was no way for a shower. There is a bathtub, no chair for bathtub and no bars to get out. That is not handicap. Big bathroom and room but need to make that bathroom handicap.

Comfortable bed, nice touch with the desk and couch.

The TV service was spotty as was the WiFi. My room key needed to be reset each day all three days I stayed there.

Our first room had a very loud air conditioning unit, so we switched to a new room that had a fridge that made noises all night long. Maintenance seems to be an issue.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful.

Some piece of glass covers for lights were missing the smoke detector is falling off the ceiling and some stains on the bathroom walls that could’ve been cleaned

The facility is a little older and it shows its age a bit. Mostly cosmetic, such as scratches on the doors and walls.

The staff was amazing. Jennifer went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. Jeri helped me decide what room to book before I booked it. Erik made sure I had extra blankets and extra pillow.The breakfast lady, Lillian made sure breakfast was ready, hot, and delicious.

The beds were very high. They were a bit of a challenge to get in and out of.

It was very clean. breakfast was good with a decent amount of choices. Everything worked in the room as it should. The staff was helpful and polite.

It needs some TLC, little things need to be repaired, such as the bathroom door was pretty banged up on the bottom — little things like that — nothing major. The pool was not clean, and there were no towels in the pool area either day. This made walking anywhere in the motel (including elevators) risky because everyone dripped all the way back to their rooms. (Lots of tile flooring) The indoor part only goes to 2.5 feet, which is fine for the young families, but the deeper part (4 feet), which is outside, has no steps to walk into the pool with. There are built-in ladder steps, but for older patrons and ones with stiff knees/other physical issues, this is very difficult, and not safe at all. The water was nice and warm though!

The rooms/hallways, lobby are seemed clean, although somewhat rundown. Breakfast was awesome and the beds were very comfy 👍😊 The staff were courteous and professional.

I think the swimming pool needs to be updated. Breakfast was good just needs a little more variety and fresh fruits choices.
