One free bottle of water per room despite number of people in the room. Not a massive issue as there is water to buy in the mini bar, but we would have thought the water would correlate with number of people in the room. Still 10/10 though.

As soon as you enter the hotel it smells amazing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Great location for the old town and restaurants and night life. Coffee machine in the room and a free bottle of water.

Unfortunately 2 pairs of jeans (!) were lost from my room.. and the positive feeling were gone despite the effort of the manager. Noisy rooms. There is hospital near the hotel.

The hotel is in central place, comfortable rooms with view.

Some of the rooms are a little bit claustrophobic not because of their size, but beause of very narrow windows. In any case the personnel was so kind to provide us with another room that was perfect.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel is at an excellent location, very close to the subway the old town and most of the monuments & museums of Bucharest.

The carpets and blinds could do with either a good clean or just updating.

The staff were very helpful. The location was just out of the main area 15 minutes walk. So was lovely and quiet.

The air-conditioning unit was very noisy, it was cool enough at night for me to have it switched off, but this might have been an issue during summer months.

Great location, well connected to public transport and close to old town. I did two tours and it was just a few minutes walk to the starting point for both of them. The facilities were good, quite basic, but everything that you needed. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was really good.

Firstly at the enterance of the hotel there is no luggage ramp which is something that is necessary, Secondly,the room we stayed in is a city view room; our window is next to our side room and both side can see the other room inside and hear the sound of speaking and if you are unlucky like having a loud speaking neighbour then that would be a problem. Aside from that nothing to complain about.

The location great and the stuff is nice. The room is cleaned properly daily and its a good cleaning. The room is comfortable and have quality and also espresso machine is nice detail. Thanks for everything.

There wasn’t anything we did not like. We would use this hotel again if we were to come back to Bucharest.

Close location to the pick up point for tours Large spacious room Excellent breakfast. They made a breakfast bag for us when we were on an early tour. Friendly and accommodating staff. Quiet location not far from the old town Bar and restaurant on site.

Beautiful hotel, close to the center (10 minutes to the old town), small but very good breakfast, espresso machine with capsules in the room, sauna included in the room price. The reception area is very nice. Also the airport bus stop is just a 4 minute walk away.

Lots of things were worn out or not functioning at all in the room. To be very honest, felt more like a 3* hotel rather than 4*.

The bathroom already had some mold, this is really sad to see.

It was very quiet, sleeping was really good and easy. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine, I only had it one morning, as you get already complimentary coffee in your room. Sauna was nice.
