Very soft bed, two separate mattresses on a king size bed which did slip from each other in the middle. A/C control unit in the room did not work, it was not possible to regulate the temperature.

Excellent location. A good sized room. I slept on a sofabed but it was comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. They even prepared a packed breakfast when we had a tour and leaving early.

Food quality in breakfast bar excellent friendly also however restaurant good quality food was let down by poor service - I waited 90 minutes for room service that never happened despite two visits to bar to complain I ended up collecting it myself from Bar- second night I ordered and sat in Bar food took 60mins to arrive and it was cold- I concede after negotiation with reception management they removed the service charge of 20%!

There wasn't enough milk for the coffee and pods were not replaced. The water wasn't hot, shower kept heating and cooling but wouldn't be a constant temperature. Lighting wasn't great but not a problem.

Room was perfect for us, plenty of storage space. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was a good size. Location was great and for the price we paid we were more than happy.

There was a special lock on the balcony. The balcony door could be opened up to 10 cm.

The only problem I had, which is not related directly to the hotel itself, is the underground crossing next to the hotel (under the university square). During the night, is a bit scary to walk through there as a lot of people are staying there (not only homeless, which are not causing any problems) and trying to talk to you or ask you for money.

The hotel is a good value option for a stay in Bucharest. The rooms are comfortable and even though they are not the most modern one, they are well maintained and cleaned every day. It has 24hrs reception service and the staff is really friendly and kind. The location is good, close to the university square and the old city.

The elevator is way too small its ridiculous, we were 8 people with lagueg and had to make trips in the elevator.

Our room wasn’t clean properly. When we returned to our room the cups wasn’t clean, bins wasn’t emptied, teas & coffees weren’t replenished. House keeping definitely need more training. Duvet cover was too small for 2 people.

Great location, 5 minute walk to old city center, but not in the center so it was very quiet. lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Room was big and comfortable. staff was helpful. they allowed us to store our luggage after check out
