Wellness area definitely to be improved. I booked this hotel also for the Wellness area but there is only a sauna that's it.

The rooms are quite old and need renovation, especially the bathroom. I booked a room with a balcony, the photos of the hotel showed a balcony with 2 chairs and a table, in reality it is a very small balcony without any furniture that you can only stand on, there is no room for chairs and a table. At the entrance to the hotel you have to climb a few stairs, so if you have a large suitcase you should take that in consideration.

An excellent location, a five minutes walk from the old town and the city center. The hotel staff are very nice.

Unfortunately my number had almost no windows (like 2 really narrow), and it was really dark…it’s ok because I was there basically only at night, but at the same time, it would be better, if someone told me about it in advance or added more light…

I really love the smell al over the hotel, I liked breakfast (despite the price, it is much better than in some hotels for 200 euro/night), and the staff were the nicest I’ve met recently!)

Great hotel ! Good value for money. Staff is very helpfull and do their best effort to help you. Clean. Maintained. Breakfast room is not so spacious but good quality, service and care. Good coffee. There is a gym room but we didnt use it. Metro station within a walking distance. I will sumerize - if you're looking for a good hotel near old town with fair price and high value for money - This is your place.

Everything was fine.

The location was ideal, close to the old town and public transport. The room itself was clean, with a very comfortable bed, a good coffee maker, and a pristine bathroom, with all the necessary amenities. I'd be happy to stay here again.

I arrived from England hungry at 930pm I was told kitchen closes at 930 I said I was happy just to have soup or anything easy but they said no. The next evening I sat in their very cosy bar and had dinner- very nice.

One free bottle of water per room despite number of people in the room. Not a massive issue as there is water to buy in the mini bar, but we would have thought the water would correlate with number of people in the room. Still 10/10 though.

As soon as you enter the hotel it smells amazing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Great location for the old town and restaurants and night life. Coffee machine in the room and a free bottle of water.

Unfortunately 2 pairs of jeans (!) were lost from my room.. and the positive feeling were gone despite the effort of the manager. Noisy rooms. There is hospital near the hotel.

Some of the rooms are a little bit claustrophobic not because of their size, but beause of very narrow windows. In any case the personnel was so kind to provide us with another room that was perfect.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel is at an excellent location, very close to the subway the old town and most of the monuments & museums of Bucharest.

The carpets and blinds could do with either a good clean or just updating.

The staff were very helpful. The location was just out of the main area 15 minutes walk. So was lovely and quiet.
